Acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale and delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the placing of an order by the purchaser shall constitute acceptance of all the provisions of these general terms and conditions of sale and delivery.

Reproductions.
All reproductions, dimensions and information are without obligation. We reserve the right to make changes to the design or execution.

Offers.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, offers made by telephone or in writing shall only be binding if they are immediately agreed in writing and if the quantities requested are accepted, unless the sale is carried out at shorter notice. We reserve the right to change the prices of imported goods in the event of price fluctuations.

Prices.
The prices indicated are the indicative prices of the day and, unless otherwise indicated, do not include VAT. All prices are valid for complete packaging.


Terms of payment.
Invoices are payable within 30 days, net. All costs and default interest resulting from late payment shall be borne by the buyer. New customers: payment only in cash, by credit card (Paypal) or in advance. Supplies on credit after credit check. We also reserve the right to pass on payment information to third parties. The goods remain the property of Marcy Ltd. until full payment is received.


Subscription.

Contract: The subscription contract comes into force on the agreed date, usually on the day of delivery of the order. Contracts are concluded for a minimum period of 12 months and will be automatically extended for successive periods of 12 months.

Termination: Unless otherwise provided, the Contract may be terminated by giving 90 days' notice at the end of the minimum term or each extension. All cancellations must be made by email to info@mensis.ch or by telephone to Mensis Customer Service at +41794777143.


Delivery times.
We strive to keep delivery times as short as possible. No claim for damages can be made for late delivery.

Returns.
New, unused goods in stock and in their original packaging may only be taken back after prior agreement. Goods that are not part of the stock range, special models, personalised models etc. cannot be taken back.


Complaints.
Deliveries must be checked immediately upon receipt. Complaints must be made within 8 days. In the event of loss or damage to goods delivered by post or rail, the recipient is obliged to go to the post office or railway station counter to request a record of the condition of the goods before receipt.

Warranty.
In the event of a proven material or construction defect, we grant a warranty of six months from delivery. We do not accept any claims for damages.

Ownership and copyrights.
All copyrights of the online shop are reserved to Marcy Ltd. All copyrights on the websites are owned by Mary Ltd. The use of pictures, drawings, texts and numbers is only allowed after written acceptance of the author.
